It’s July and my birthday month, and one of my rituals is to look at the intentions and goals I set back in January to see if they are still in alignment with where I want to be come December.
We all evolve, change and learn a lot of stuff during the year, and I find this is a great way to check in and feel things out so you can adjust to still be in alignment with make those goals come to life.

Remember, Uniqueness = Alignment + Authenticity! Notice where you are feel drained, stuck, or avoiding doing something…a sign you are out of alignment and something you are doing is not authentically yours. Deep breath, shift down into your heart and ask, “What am I really being pulled to do?”!

The Key to getting ideal clients ALL the time!
So, how many ideal clients have you actually had?
By Ideal, I mean:
- you knew right off they were a good fit
- you felt like the trusted you
- you liked their energy
- they were ready to cut you a check and move forward
- you were excited to start working with them
And how did it go? Did they:
- fizzle out before getting to the finish line?
- question everything you did?
- drag their feet in paying you?
- did they not seem to understand or “get” you + your process?
Maybe you wanted to just fire them in the end.
Well, these are NOT ideal clients. My Client Ali was in the same boat as you + most entrepreneurs. Bringing them in wasn’t the problem. Figuring out WHO was an “Ideal” fit was.

- My Big choices : make a list of what was NOT fun, or came out in a good way + what I want to do different next time
- Finally, apply what I’ve gathered from above and start making a list of what I’d like to offer + do this coming year. How I want it to feel, look, and flow.

How was your 2016? Bring everything you wanted into fruition?
If you’re not feeling awesome about how your last year turned out, you are not alone. 2016 might have been a bit disappointing for many of us. It was a 9 year in numerology which is all about letting go and wrapping up loose ends to finish things so that you’re ready for your 1 year. 2017 rings in the beginning of a 1 year, full of starting new things, innovating, and breaking out on your own to be your own kind of success. A big part of creating a successful 2017 is knowing where you are going, what you want, and what you need to do to get there.
Lately I’ve seen many offers for a vision board process that can help you get clear. Vision boards can be great at helping you get clear on what you want to create. But if you are like me, you’ve created a vision board and only a few things actually came about (if any), falling short of your intentions + expectations. Which can feel rather disappointing considering all the work hours you put into them, yes?
Why? Vision boards will only take you so far in the manifesting process. Even if you are clear on what you want to create in your business, your life, and your relationships, there are several components you need in this recipe to create the success you’re after.
Creating or manifesting something is actually made up of 3 things: thoughts, feelings + actions.
Your thoughts are how you think about what you want to do/create: is this a doable plan for me? Can I stay focused? Is it simple? Do these things inspire me? By answering these few questions, you can gauge your ability to make these things happen.
How you feel about what you want to create also has a heavy hand in manifesting what you really want. Do the actions you have planned feel good, right, doable? If not, then it’s back to the drawing board, so to speak. If they don’t feel right and good down to your soul, then you are going to struggle to make them happen.
Now, what actions do you take to get there? My answer to that is simple: what are you feeling pulled to do? What is popping up in your head when you think of sharing your gifts with your tribe? When are you feeling pushed or pressured to do something in particular? That is a sign something is not right: it could be your timing, your tactic, or your intention. Step back, and re-evaluate before you put what you are creating out there.
So, what are you missing? And, why isn’t it working?
You crave manifesting all this amazing stuff in your business + life, right? So what’s holding you up? If you’re not feeling the vision board process, I have something else that might work for you: a more intuitive approach.
First, trust that you are already wired to be successful. It’s inside of you already even though you might not be aware of it yourself. It is an essential first step in creating what you want. By knowing who you are, how you work, and what you are here to do, you have the unique ability to make decisions that feel good, to see the opportunities in front of you, and create the business life you really want. This is the core, or soul, of who you are, and it is what influences everything that you create. Then, all you need bring your ideas to fruition is to have are these 3 things: clarity, a focused plan, and aligned action steps.
When you don’t know these 3 things, you will have a year full of distractions, missed opportunities, and bad decisions which often directly affect your flow of income, energy, and happiness (success).
First step: Is to get clear. If you don’t know what you want + where you are going, how are you going to know what actions to take or opportunities to accept?
A few questions to get you started: What is it that you really want to create in your business this year? In your life? What would make you happy?
Make a list.
